FAQs
If you are planning to book a workshop or course with us, or have already booked a place, please read the FAQs below before contacting us.
-
Online workshops are hosted on Zoom. You will be sent joining instructions at least 4 days beforehand.
Each workshop is 3hrs long with approximately 16 actors (but never more). These workshops take place 1-to-1, meaning you join the workshop at a specific time. Your time slot will be sent to you ahead of the workshop. You will perform, receive redirection, perform again and ask any questions you have.
For casting workshops, the casting director will send out sides for you to learn before the workshop.
For agent workshops, you will prepare your own sides - either a monologue or duologue.
-
If a workshop is overrunning and the host hasn't brought you into the Zoom room yet on your allocated time the host will know this and be prioritising getting you in as soon as possible.
Due a number of factors, we are not always able to run the workshops to the absolute second.
Please bear this in mind when booking a workshop and give yourself a good amount of time either side of your allocated time as a buffer against against any unplanned delays.
In any instance, we will not be able to offer you a refund if you miss your place.
