“Liam McLaughlin and Kristian Wall, are awarded Stage One bursaries to develop the commercial producing arm of the company”
“The Agent Grad Scheme is launched, a month-long scheme aimed at providing actors in their 3rd year of training a chance to connect with Agents in the industry after the lack of opportunities due to the pandemic”

“The JAM Scholarship is renamed and relaunched as the Luke Westlake Scholarship to honour Luke, a close friend of the company who died earlier in 2020 ”
“JAM host 2 weeks worth of free Q&As and workshops with leading industry professionals to support creatives during lockdown. Hosts included Katie Poster (Artistic Director of Paines Plough), Tom Bellerby (Resident Director, Donmar Warehouse) and Amy Jackson (Casting Associate, Amy Hubbard Casting)”
