Welcome to our two-day intensive acting for screen course.
Led by seasoned casting professionals across the two days:
Caitlin Joseph is a UK based Casting Director with over 15 years of experience working across Television and Film. Starting out in commercials and seeking talent on open feature film calls, Caitlin then worked as Associate to Suzanne M. Smith for 7 years, before setting up Caitlin Joseph Casting in 2024.
Caitlin has worked on many notable television productions including Netflix's hugely successful series WARRIOR NUN and SHADOW AND BONE, Amazon’s CARNIVAL ROW and GOOD OMENS and the critically acclaimed Apple TV+ series SILO. Feature film credits include TO OLIVIA (Sky), THE INVITATION (Screen Gems), and the upcoming THE HAUNTING IN WICKER PARK (Screen Gems).
Caitlin has a wealth of experience in casting internationally and advocates for a creative and collaborative casting process. She has a strong passion for championing equal and diverse representation on screen whilst seeking to promote and nurture underrepresented and marginalised voices
Holly Rodman (she/her) has previously worked for four years as a Casting Associate in film, TV, commercials, short films & music videos for leading Casting Director Kharmel Cochrane. Her credits include A Quiet Place: Day One (2024), The First Omen (2024), Nosferatu (2024), John Wick 4 (2023), Lady Chatterley's Lover (2023), Gran Turismo (2023) & Thursday Murder Club (in production). Alongside building her experience with Kharmel, Holly has worked as Casting Director on several short films. Originally training in English Literature and Theatre Studies and subsequently achieving an MA at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in Advanced Theatre Practice (Directing), Holly has an ample understanding of working with actors and text.

You will work on their scenes with Caitlin and then you will then have a mock style audition.
10am-12:15pm - Holly Rodman - U18 group 2
You will work on their scenes with Holly and then you will then have a mock style audition.
12:15-1pm - LUNCH
1-3:15pm - Caitlin Joseph - U18 group 2
You will work on their scenes with Faye and then they will then have a mock style audition
1-3:15pm - Holly Rodman - U18 group 1
You will work on their scenes with Holly and then they will then have a mock style audition.
3:20-4pm - Q&A with all actors.

Actors will film both their scenes with our professional videographer and directed by Caitlin. These will then be sent to the actors within 2/3 working days.

Q&A with a Casting Director, Lucy Jordan.

Q&A with Agent, Rob Hughes (Felix de Wolf)
