Sam Bramwell - The ADHD Leader

What’s a 25 year tech industry leader veteran and ADHD Coach know about helping creatives with ADHD? I went to Uni to study theatre, intent on becoming a theatre director. A back-packing trip and debt pushed me down a different path. However, I’ve run theatre companies in Ireland (non-professional), chaperoned on TV/Film/Theatre productions and more.

8 years ago I pivoted to begin my journey to become a coach. I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021 and supporting people with ADHD became my passion and purpose. Initially focused on Leaders with ADHD, more recently I’ve worked with a number of creative clients (actors, directors, agents) and it became clear I could share my expertise more widely. I help people harness their ADHD, operating in a neuro-affirming way.
